POLÍTICA DE PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS PERSONALES De conformidad con la Ley Nº 29733, Ley de Protección de Datos Personales, el usuario da su consentimiento mediante su firma o cualquier otra forma de aceptación expresa automatizada, a realizar el tratamiento de todos los datos personales que suministren o que se generen en las plataformas electrónicas que administramos, los que serán incorporados en el Banco de Datos Personales de usuarios de propiedad de la Universidad de Lima. El uso de la información por parte de la Universidad será para los servicios requeridos y prestados al titular, así como para contactarse y enviar información sobre ofertas educativas, seguimiento de procesos administrativos internos, envío de publicidad mediante cualquier medio y soporte para fines estadísticos, gestiones institucionales, administrativas y, en general, para el cumplimiento de cualquier finalidad conexa con los servicios que la Universidad ofrece. Los datos se mantendrán mientras sean útiles para que la Universidad preste y ofrezca servicios. Cuando se suscriban convenios para realizar actividades académicas con otras instituciones, y si se ha comunicado a los titulares, los datos únicamente podrán ser compartidos o transferidos para los fines de registro de las certificaciones que se otorguen como parte de estos convenios. La Universidad no realiza la transferencia de datos personales sin autorización expresa de su titular. La autorización otorgada es por tiempo indefinido; sin embargo, el usuario podrá revocar o ejercer los derechos de acceso, rectificación, cancelación y oposición de los datos personales de manera gratuita, escribiendo a [email protected] PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY In accordance with Law Nº 29733, Personal Data Protection Act, data subjects give their consent, with their signature or any other form of express automated acceptance, to the processing of all the personal data they provide or to be generated in the electronic platforms we manage, which will be entered in the Data Subject’s Personal Database owned by the University of Lima. The University will use the information for the services required by, and provided to, data subjects, as well as to contact and send them information on educational offerings, follow-up of internal administrative procedures, and advertising in any format and platform; for statistical purposes; for institutional and administrative procedures; and, in general, for the fulfillment of any purpose related to the services that the University offers. The data will be kept as long as they are useful for the University to provide and offer services. Whenever an agreement is executed in order to carry out academic activities with other institutions, and the data subjects have been informed on the matter, the data may only be shared or transferred with the aim of registering the certifications granted as part of these agreements. Personal data may not be transferred by the University without the express authorization of data subjects. This consent is valid for an indefinite period of time; however, data subjects may revoke or exercise the rights to access, rectify, erase and object any personal data, free of charge, by sending an e-mail to [email protected]
